Our New Gym BFV have created a fully equipped fitness centre & boxing gym located on the first floor above Ozone Ice Rink. A 130 square metre facility offering a relaxed space with natural day light for everyone to come and work out either on your own, with a friend or during one of our classes. As well as being available for all sports individuals and the public to focus on their health & physical needs, the concept for the centre is to provide free access to gym facilities for Armed Forces Veterans to assist with their well-being and make them feel part of our community. Hockey players no longer need to go off site to work out. Parents bringing their kids to ice hockey coaching can exercise in the same building. Boxers can practise their techniques on the bags or in the ring. PTs are very welcome to register and come and train their clients. All PT’S are also welcomed to register as a commercial member and run their own classes. Please email for further information.
